| Answer: | All traffic is routed over these standard ports: 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS) and 554 (RTSP).

Order additional ports to match the number of expected participants (up to a total of 8) |

| Answer: | No, at this time there is no provision for H.239 for Legacy devices. However, the
location that has the H.323 device may get data-sharing from a standard web browser
with the iGPix feature. |

| Answer: | Currently the IOCOM server supports bidirectional H.261 or H.263 compression standards. |

| Question: | What audio / video stream does an H.323 end-point have in an IOCOM meeting? | |
| Answer: | The connected H.323 device receives the entire audio of the meeting along with a
single video camera source. The video source is selected by the participants in the
IOCOM software by clicking on the corresponding video source. |

| Question: | Does IOCOM have any RS-232 control capability? | |
| Answer: | No. The IOCOM software does not feature any RS-232 control options, this is mostly due the the advanced functionality of this software does not lend itself to traditional video/audio conferencing. Room systems should plan for touch-screen/keyboard native computer control or connect to IOCOM meetings with H.323 devices. |
